The haircut experience
In Pakistan, managing your haircuts or getting to know about what hairstyles exists - is something we need to learn about.
Improving the haircut experience in Pakistan
The current process we have includes every men going to a barbershop either close to work, or home or even to a specific location that might be a little far away.
But you never know how long you will have to wait in line for your turn, or even if you call beforehand, lot of times your barber is busy with the walk in customers.
There are gaps in the process…
I believe the current method is underdeveloped in terms of user experience and technology.
You decide to go for a haircut, what happens when you do?
You have to wait in line for your turn.
Your barber says “You will have to wait an hour for your turn” what do you do?
You either go home or settle for another server.
You know its Eid, but what you don’t know is how much your barber gonna charge you now.
You were expecting 300 Rupees, he says “sir Eidi mila k 800 Rupee”.

Smart way to a haircut
BaalBro focusses more on the young witty adults, and depicts their tone of voice. “Bro” is the slang used among the audience to communicate with each other, and the fact that the pronunciation is always different is why the O in the logo is exaggerated.
Whats the plan...?
We get the user appointements with barbers.
We’re always wondering how long we’ll have to wait at a barber shop to get our hair cut. Sometimes we might not get our usual barber at a salon because he’s busy with another customer. Our barber understand us. So why don’t we set up an appointement with him in advance? No wait. No messed up hair from a new guy. Just a cut.
We provide info about the latest hair trends.
Let’s face it. Most men don’t know jack shibble when it comes to self grooming or styling. Yes there are those rockstars who walk into a salon and order their hairstyle like its a martini in a Bond film. But for the rest of us, BaalBro shows us the way.
This is for men.

Why men? The female market is already saturated - there is a trust and pre-existing relationship/image of certain hair-stylists that women already have on their lists.
